West Lochwood Civic Association (WELCA) is a Civic Association located in unincorporated Jefferson County in Colorado.  

West Lochwood is surrounded by the City of Lakewood and are bounded by Mississippi Ave. to the North, Jewell Ave. to the South, Kipling Pkwy. to East and Union Blvd. to the West.

REALTORS AND HOMEOWNERS: WELCA has covenants that apply to all homeowners/residents. Homeowners are held responsible to make sure renters follow the covenants.

The WELCA Association board is made up of home owners who volunteer their time to serve our community.  If you are interested in volunteering time at a community event, distribute newsletters or flyers, or serve on the board of directors, we welcome you. 

The funds for our operation come from voluntary $40 yearly dues per home.

Monthly WELCA board meetings are typically held on the first Monday of each month. Check the "Meetings & Events Calendar" section for the specific dates.
